Also, since the old formats are pretty much static now, problems should
be minimal, but I also believe that people should still be able to
submit problem documents in those older formats, so if it is something
that can easily be fixed, it should/can be fixed. If not, then the
developer(s) who looked at it should document as much as possible the
resources that would be required to fix it, then submit it to a/the
'bug-bounty' list, so if the issue is near and dear to someone who has
the money to pay to fix it, they can.
