it is: http://download.documentfoundation.org/mirrors/all.html :-)
However, MirrorBrain checks the mirrors in intervalls, so in case a version was not downloadble due to permissions, your mirror isn't shown there. Just wait some hours, and that should be fixed automatically. ;)
