I've just checked the URL provided several times and found out the 
following:

- download starts immediately - that's OK
- if you stop/pause download then next time you'll get file from the 
beginning (resume doesn't work)
- shall you try to start/pause/resume several times you'll get 404 error 
(looks like some kind of requests limit implemented there)
