Definitely not. LibreOffice writes OOXML and will write OOXML, and this is not under discussion. Our developers have the right skills to decide about the quality and the features of the filter.

LibreOffice should not write OOXML. That is under discussion in this thread.

Who gave you the right to say it is not under discussion? Isn't this a community project? When did the community decide that writing OOXML has to be included in LibreOffice?
