legally, TDF and Freies Office Deutschland e.V., formerly OpenOffice.org 
Deutschland e.V., are the same.

The issue is that we have a separate account 
(donations@documentfoundation.org) for donations going to TDF, which in 
the future will be a separate entity next to the association. The German 
association itself (paypal@frodev.org) did not receive any donations, 
because TDF is so famous and receives all donations.
