Hi :)

I don't know.  I still have emails in my email client telling me to do something to posts that i
know have already been dealt with.  Anne seems to be helping by letting me know i can just delete
quickly and move on.

I've still not read the Faq.  Maybe that will make it clearer.
Apols and regards from

Tom :)

Anne,

Thoughtful, but really not necessary. It is two seconds work to send the reject response and the
issue is done. The first response clears it from the moderation queue, any additional are simply
ignored.

No need to cross check each others work, or have the extra mail exchanges simply for the
moderation action.

It all functions pretty smoothly.

Stuart

       I do that for a very simple reason;
so all of this group is aware of what's happening.

       Otherwise, it promotes repetition.

Anne,

Could you please not forward the emails you are going to reject? That only
adds to the amount of emails I receive.

Thank you.

Sigrid
