Anne,
Thoughtful, but really not necessary. It is two seconds work to send the reject response and the
issue is done. The first response clears it from the moderation queue, any additional are simply
ignored.
No need to cross check each others work, or have the extra mail exchanges simply for the moderation
action.
It all functions pretty smoothly.
