I agree that the above would be a real improvement. Another way would be to
take the current footer and just add the word "For" before " Unsubscribe
Instructions" so it would read " For Unsubscribe Instructions Email: 
Users+Help@global.libreoffice.org"

Many, including myself, initially read the phrase "Unsubscribe Instructions"
as meaning that the following email address will get me unsubscribed, not
just give me instructions on how to unsubscribe. Just adding the one word
would do wonders to clarify the issue.
