as we are half private here a remark to Your mails:
Reading them is a real pain, because in those I've seen, You didn't in
any way put your comments in the context they refer to.

Did You ever get in touch with

The way You post your answers is like singing them on the balcon while
the other discussion participants are siting around the table. ;o))

Beats me.  Probably each person had a different reason why they didn't think
of it.  Perhaps we should label it as "Top Secret, do not read" and then
they might actually read it.  

There is not a lot of people that get it wrong and those that do seem to be
reasonably easy to help.
