Seems rsync is only available via IPv6 outside of CERNET(China
Education Network), rsync://

But HTTP should be available everywhere, can you try again, or is the
result returned by "host" ?

I had to disable rsync totally in order to make it work. However, it seems as if you don't have any files at all? All the folders on HTTP seem to be empty?
