Seems rsync is only available via IPv6 outside of CERNET(China
Education Network), rsync://mirror6.bjtu.edu.cn/tdf.

But HTTP should be available everywhere, can you try again, or is the
result returned by "host mirror.bjtu.edu.cn" 218.249.29.222 ?
