en.libreofficeforum.org is not too shabby at all and would serve the purpose.

If I remember there was some opposition to Google ads featuring
competing software but that's really a non-issue.

I feel a TDF based subdomain such as forums.documentfoundation.org is better. Like this any project that is part of the tdf can have a section in the forums for it.
