Korrawit, I guess it is mainly due to the release of next testing version
and mirrors may have deleted their files after the last check
by MirrorBrain.

for
the most suitable mirror for you.

Hirosuki, I think manual rsync is not necessary but MirrorBrain should try
to check mirrors syncing from tdf-pub and tdf-stage seperately.
