Hi,

Could using SF provide better downloading speed of LibO in these areas? Or
is it impossible to use SF?

I have been in touch with SourceForge for quite a while, and they also offered us to use their download system. I didn't take up on this yet, as we have about 70 worldwide mirrors that we can manage centrally, so I thought manually uploading files at SourceForge isn't worth the effort.

Did you check our full list of mirrors, if there is one that suits you? If not, we might re-investigate the SouceForge option. However, if we have to use their uploading/downloading system, it will be lots of more work for us.
