Exactly. I didn't mention all the reasons before.
It'd also be convenient to have admin contacts in this list. It's
useful for other admins to report download problems, particularly main
mirrors where others rsync from. Direct admin contacts are also helpful
to users, better than just tell everybody to go to this list, because
often the users don't write in English easily, and they usually can
contact the local admins in their native language.
