Hi,
I want to push interest in bug confirming.
Currently we have lots of bugs with status UNOCNFORMED, waiting for
confirmation:
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&product=LibreOffice>
And even more important: many NEW bugs also are still unocnfirmed,
have lousy rare descriptions how to reproduce the problem, ...
Thanks for bringing this and, for the work you're doing on this.
I'm on my way to organize a two days training on this topic: an IRC
session to try to bring help, interest and training.
Some details of what I'm thinking about:
- it will be on Friday and Saturday
- several mentors will be around to help new comers
- we will use the bot (need cloph help here) to load the session of
unconfirmed bugs
- we will try to fix a quota to motivate the crowds ;)
- we need a communication campaign around it.
Any thoughts welcome :)
Kind regards
Sophie
