Thanks for bringing this and, for the work you're doing on this.
I'm on my way to organize a two days training on this topic: an IRC session to try to bring help, interest and training.

Some details of what I'm thinking about:
- it will be on Friday and Saturday
- several mentors will be around to help new comers
- we will use the bot (need cloph help here) to load the session of unconfirmed bugs
- we will try to fix a quota to motivate the crowds ;)
- we need a communication campaign around it.

Any thoughts welcome :)

Kind regards
