Hello Alex,

I think we could learn a lot from the NeoOffice experience since, as far as I know, they use all 
the localization packages from OOo (UI as well as help files). I am not aware of any translation 
team on NeoOffice's side that works on such strings.

Do we have NeoOffice people here ?
