it seems that it's a misconfiguration on is ISP's side. If I check the 
host name mentioned, it only returns an error:

~ floeff$ host msfrf2117.sfr.fr
Host msfrf2117.sfr.fr not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

That essentially means his mail triggered some spam alerts on our side - 
a non-existing mail server hostname is one possible reason.

Can he use another mail server for sending, maybe?
