[tdf-moderators] One member fails to send message to our lists

Hi Florian, all,

Since yesterday one member of the FR project sees all his message
rejected since two days. Here is one of the error message he received:

Is there something we could do to solve his problem, he is currently
using Nabble to workaround his problem, but would prefer to use our lists.
