This by itself isn't a problem, as some mirrors decide for themselves
when they check for updates.
This would only be a problem when a user who tries to download would
be sent to one of the mirrors not carrying the files.
If however after two days the mirrors still don't have the file, then
indeed it is an indication of something going wrong with the
distribution of the builds.
