Downloaded the beta2 for linux
(LibO_3.3.0_beta2_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz) and get this when
attempting to extract:
$ tar xvzf LibO_3.3.0_beta2_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US.tar.gztar: This
does not look like a tar archive
tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
File size is correct:
$ ls -hs LibO_3.3.0_beta2_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz
164M LibO_3.3.0_beta2_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz
Unfortunately, there are no md5sums to check on the mirror:
<http://mirrors.supportex.net/tdf/libreoffice/testing/3.3.0-beta2/deb/x86/>
Here is my md5sum:
$ md5sum LibO_3.3.0_beta2_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz
77f5d740ad5a7ee6165e5913256219fd
LibO_3.3.0_beta2_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz
Yes, it's not the good one.
Would it be possible to put up an md5sum file similar to:
http://download.openoffice.org/md5sums/3.2.1_md5sums.txt
so that downloads can be checked?
Attached. Should be enough until Peter publishes the official one.
