I'm curious whether the Danish names are translated to the OpenFormula names or multiple names are
supported in the formulas. I assume that Calc translates between the UI and the OpenFormula in the
document. It would be good to be sure about this.

I would imagine that these were defined in OOF, but I cannot find then in
ODF 1.2 Part 2.
You have to look for their English names. The complex functions are in
section 6.8, DATEDIF is in section 6.10.3
Oh my - how embarrassing, I hadn't noticed that the function names were in
Danish.
