I get the following error trying to download:
403 Forbidden
The requested URL
'/pub/tdf/libreoffice/testing/3.4.0-beta4/win/x86/LibO_3.4.0beta4_Win_x86_install' resolves to a
file which is marked executable but is not a CGI file; retrieving it is forbidden.
Thanks for reporting.
The download server has a loadbalancer to the mirror network
installed, so your download does not come from libreoffice.org
directly.
Can you please provide the complete link, so that we can see which
server had the problem?
