Well, OpenOffice.org donations go to Team OpenOffice.org e.V. (not to be
confused with OpenOffice.org Deutschland e.V.)
http://contributing.openoffice.org/donate.html
and the treasurer of Team OpenOffice.org e.V. happens to be from Oracle:
http://council.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=budget&msgNo=255
and again we are back in the situation Jean correctly described as
"messy".

I would not describe it as messy.
In how I experienced things, there is nothing wrong in how Team OpenOffice.org eV (as legal entity) collected the donations, worked together in the community council, where the money was spend for the various goals in the community. And the fact that we have to do with more (legal) entities in a certain relation, is not so unique in life, IMO.

How Oracle-council members acted last days, has nothing to do with that. It is obvious that they have a rather different understanding of and feeling of the current situation, then the people supporting TDF.

Regards,
Cor
