You could argue that why does it even bother to show the message to a
moderator, when it is rejected even after being moderated....

this will not be accepted (that is what the message told) - as neither
Sigrid nor Uwe know that the list was also sent to a mailinglist as
well.

BCC: someotheruser <secret@donttell>
however would be accepted, as the list is in the public fields that
everyone who gets the message will see.
