Hello,

we're seeing lots of e-mail delays sending to wanadoo.fr and orange.fr mail accounts. Most probably this is because many of their customers subscribed to our mailing lists, and therefore we deliver many e-mails to them. :-)

I tried to mail their postmasters and see what can be done about it.

Given that we had unresolvable problems in the past (rejected messages out of no reason), that their postmasters are anything but responsive, that one of the postmaster accounts even lead to a "quota exceed" message, and that all important pages are in French only (welcome to the 21st global internet century, folks!) I would propose anyone experiencing problems to use another account.

So, just in case you know when you receive complaints from users.

Florian
