[tdf-mirrors] Upcoming IP change for rsync.documentfoundation.org

Hi there,

We'll soon migrate our rsync daemon to a new host, and change the A and
AAAA records for {rsync,rsync-stage}.documentfoundation.org accordingly.
The migration is planned for Wed Apr 26 at 20:00 UTC.

If you have firewall rules to limit outgoing rsync traffic to our former
IPs (5.9.148.85 / 2a01:4f8:190:3144::2), don't forget to update it!
You'll find the new rsyncd at 89.238.68.185 and 2a00:1828:a012:185::1.
