The Clarkson Open Source Institute would like to mirror TDF officially
(stage).  We have tdf-pub at http://mirror.clarkson.edu/tdf and tdf-pub
rsync at mirror.clarkson.edu::tdf

We have a dedicated user to rsync content to our mirror.
