Digests are send out once per day, or every 30 messages. When
subscribing, you can choose between digest and normal delivery. To
change from one to another, unsubscribe and the resubscribe with the
other option. The addresses to use are listed at
http://www.documentfoundation.org/contact/ at the bottom of the page.
