I am the Co-Chair of The Document Foundation's Certification Committee, 
and a Certified Migrator and Trainer. I have coordinated a number of 
migration process in the past, and contributed as an external consultant 
to others. I am also the main author of the Migration and Training 
Protocols, which are available in the Certification area of The Document 
Foundation website 
https://www.documentfoundation.org/certification-program/.

Costs for a migration project may change in a significant way, based on 
the current infrastructure and workflow. In general, they may be similar 
to license cost for the first year, when there is a higher number of 
activities such as training of employees and update of infrastructure 
(templates, connectors with third party applications, ...), and then 
they drop.
