One of the alpha/beta/release candidates of LibreOffice I was using,
enabled one to export a colour palette as an extension. You have to
create the palette from scratch, from within LibO, in order for that
function to work.

manually).
I stumbled across something that looked like all one needed to do, was
replace the existing soc, with your new soc, and then zip it up. Instant
extension. However, I couldn't get it to reliably do so. :(
