I did it! The wiki finally let me edit the page!

Now that we can find Bug 38244 under the section for voting on
Enhancements to Writer, I'd like to ask everyone with an interest in
this issue to please sign up and add your vote.

If you use Track Changes to work with an editor, you probably need this
feature! :-)
