1 - Port to a Web based interface (HTML5)
As I said before I really believe that on-premise solutions are going to
become irrelevant in some time, when Zoho, GoogleDocs, etc. are mature
In many cases, this will be true - but not all.
I have worked with many people in the 'developing world', who rarely have access to a high
bandwidth connection and who are limited to old, low-spec hardware. I even know some
who still use Win98 ('because it works').
There is a definate case for supporting 'the cloud'. There is also a clear case for not
forgetting non-cloud users. A product that supports both sets is good.
