  Sure, Tools>  customize.  select keyboard tab.

In Shortcut keys pane select ctrl+F
  in the Category pane select LibreOffice Macros>user>altsearch>altsearch

In functions pane select altsearch

click "Modify"  Ctrl+F should appear in the Keys pane

Done
