Are you using the nvidia-glx header files? Look what package is the
owner of glxext.h.
If so, try to install the mesa development package for your distribution.
I am not sure:
[vuhung@www2 slideshow]$ rpm -qf /usr/include/GL/glxext.h
mesa-libGL-devel-6.5.1-7.8.el5
This is the standard rpm on CentOS 5.5 that I has installed with yum instal
