Happy to see you here :)

Me too! :)

Currently it's a group and the Foundation is not up yet, we will set i
t
up with the community members who wish to contribute to it. We are
planing to write a charter, organization, governance, duties, etc... n
ot
only the small group who has launched the project, but all of the peop
le
who are willing to be part of the Foundation.

...

For the moment, the German association is helping us to structure the
whole thing and have a legal backup, but we still have a lot of work t
o
move to an official foundation.

OK, that's enough for me. Let's say we're in a transition period.

Should Germany be the chosen country in order to register the foundatio
n
or is that point a work in progress too?

IMO the situation now has a great advantage:

Oracle, if they are willing to join, and all the other people and
enterprises, who will join the next time, can participate in the
discussion of the organisation of the foundation and legal topics from
the very beginning.

Regards
Michael
