[tdf-mirrors] Some Issues with mirrors

Hi *,
Recently I have checked all links in
http://download.documentfoundation.org/mirrors/all.html and found some
issues.
While some of the mirrors are out-of-sync, some of them also changed the
name of the folders.

Here are the details,

Asia
=========
Japan: http://srv2.ftp.ne.jp/office/tdf/ (New, server 2 of KDDI R&D Lab)


Europe
=========
Germany: http://artfiles.org/documentfoundation.org/ (Listed on
http://download.documentfoundation.org/mirrors/all.html, not avaliable in
MirrorBrain)
Germany: http://ftp.uni-muenster.de/pub/software/LibreOffice/ (name of
directory updated)
Netherlands: http://ftp.nluug.nl/office/libreoffice/ (name of
directory updated)
