Hi,

is it possible, to get the Base64 converter tool (moderation-helper) back soon?

I do get quite a few moderation requests, that are encoded in base64.
So I have no idea if it is a legitimate request or just someone
sending out spam messages.

I usually ignore messages that have the charset set to Windows-1251,
but this is not really a satisfying solution.
Having the moderation-helper tool would be a great help.

Thanks.
Sigrid
