I'd consider this unwanted behaviour, as spammers usually (and
hopefully) are part of the "unsubscribed" group. Automatic bouncing in
that cases is not wanted for some known reasons i.e. addresses known as
"alive" get a higher value while sold.

Human evaluation and action required here.
