In what way is that a bad redirect?  The latter is HTTP 200 with the
correct payload.  You can see checksum and signatures, and choose other
mirrors at
https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/24.8.4/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_24.8.4_Win_x86-64.msi.mirrorlist
