Okay, here's the ranges and ASN I tested with now:
- 180.151.232.0/21 (autonomous system 10029)
- 14.195.64.0/20 (autonomous system 55441)
- 122.180.176.0/20 (autonomous system 24560)
- 139.5.254.0/24 (autonomous system 133982)
- 2401:4900:40f8::/45 (autonomous system 45609)

Mirrorbrain is identifying all of them to/in India but returning [1][2][3] as "Found 3 mirrors 
which handle this country (IN)".


note - when I enable my mirror [4], I become preferred in almost of above ranges.
