[tdf-mirrors] Access to rsync-stage.documentfoundation.org broken or access denied?

Since 2014-03-31, we cannot sync from 
rsync://rsync-stage.documentfoundation.org/tdf-stage/ anymore:
> @ERROR: Unknown module 'tdf-stage'
The last successful run of this mirror was on 2014-03-31 09:03 CET [1].
Is this a general problem, or have we somehow dropped off the 
access-list for the staging site?
