Hello Harri,
Thank you very much for your offer. That would very much be appreciated.

At the moment we would prefer if you could redirect to the .org domains
and *not* add localised content.

Cheers,
Leif Lodahl

Hi and congratulations for the new foundation!

In case LibreOffice stays as the official name it would be nice if the
national domain names (for example libreoffice.fi) could be registered as soon
as possible to avoid having them go to a scammer or other not so friendly
entity. We have had this problem with openoffice.fi which belongs to a company
that is not involved in OpenOffice.org development.

I could take care of the costs of registration for the Finnish domain if you
like. Registering it requires some sort of legal presence in Finland so for
now I could do the registration myself if it is not possible for
OpenOffice.org Deutschland e.V. to do so directly. I could then pass the
domain to whatever Finnish association that might be set up later for the
purpose, if the name stays in use.
