I wanted to do so, but we're a bit late for that. However, I just looked 
at the calendar, and I assume that two months should be enough for 
applying; we can always extend the deadline later on if needed.

So, I will use October 15th, which is just one day before the 
Conference, so we can at least present to proposals then. :)
