Who would like to work with me on drawing the guidelines for the 3rd
type in a first time, then on the 2nd type.

I can help with type 3 .. but I'd be happy to see other people helping
(you know, it gets quite boring when a founding member of TDF and
FrODeV - two entities who currently have a very close relationship -
tries to write some guidelines for exactly these relationship ;) )

what would also be very helpfull woult be a list of "interested NGOs"
should I satrt a list at the wiki?

regards,

André

Some of the organisations on the next lists could be approached for
support. This wikipedia page keeps tabs on who is using ODF worldwide.[1]
(NATO is an important participant.) Let's not forget the ODF Alliance
members list[2] too.

NATO only lists ODF as an accepted standard but in practice it's
unfortunately more complicated. Keep in mind that what we wish to list
primarily are associations (NGOs) who work with TDF and within the
LibreOffice project. Of course, having a general mapping matters as well,
but the primary message is a call to every NGO here who wishes to work with
TDF to get listed and express its needs.

Cheers,

Charles.

Once you have drawn the guidelines, let me know if you ever need help with canvassing enterprises to see if they would like to associate with TDF/LibreOffice. I believe in being proactive in this area. The marketing team will be able to help with this.

Marc
