Hi Charles:

I am Hugo Díaz Lavigne I recently participated in the Conference "Libre Office" in Paris, France, 
presenting the experience of implementing it in Itaipu. 

As the largest hydroelectric plant in producction in the world, and as a binational company, 
located between Brazil and Paraguay, and being about 30 km from two international airports in both 
countries, and 30 km of the Yguasu Falls, we believe it would be interesting to present to perform 
the meeting here.

Furthermore, being born the Free Office Technology Center sponsored by Itaipu.

The resources requested by you shall make available, and we believe we can make a good organization 
and make it possible for various specialists to attend the event.
