For what it's worth, I have confirmed that bug 36877 still exists as of
version 3.4.0 Build 12.
I wanted to put an update in FreeDesktop Bugzilla, but I can't tell if
it's possible to do that without accidentally marking the bug "fixed."
This is another comment-related bug that hampers LibreOffice's utility
among professional writers. We need to be able to exchange comments with
our editors, even when the editor saves in RTF format.
