Well, Open Office 3.2.1 running on Ubuntu 10.04 has a Save-As option of Office 2007 xml (docx). So 
i don't know what THAT is then, if it's not OOXML....

And it's the ORACLE version as well.....


I just installed OOo 3.2.1 in my Windows VBox and it didn't have a save as docx.  When you select "Help 
> About Openoffice.org" what version does it display?
