2010/12/24 Avraham Hanadari <avhanadari@gmail.com>:
Dear Friends,

I have downloaded the latest LibreOffice international version, but I have
been unable to discover how to change the English interface into
French.Would someone be kind enough to explain how I might do this?

Thanks in advance,

Avraham

Hello,

You don't seem to have received any response...

In order to change the interface language, you need to download the
corresponding language pack.
Language packs can be found on the LibO site:
http://www.libreoffice.org/download/
Download the French language pack and install it (double click on the
file and follow instructions).

Changing the interface language:
Go to the preferences (LibO>prefs on Mac, for Windows I guess it's
Tools>Options)
At the left, choose Language Settings > Language
First choice on the right is now the Users Interface.
All the language packs that you downloaded and installed should be listed here.

NOTE: the new interface language you choose will only be effective
after you restart LibO

BTW: this is more a subject for the users list.
