Yes, a category tag is one thing,
Another thing is the path, for example
   wiki.documentfoundation.org/documentation/
   or wiki.documentfoundation.org/installation/
   or ...

But as written: I do not know if this has been discussed.
Do you mind to ask on dev@documentation  (I guess that is more 
appropriate then dev@website...)
